You set a clear written minimum amount you want from the sale. If I’m able to sell it for more, the upside is shared.
Cash Offer:
For selected items where speed and simplicity matter more than waiting for the highest possible price. In some cases, I may be able to make a direct cash offer or present a fast-buy option for the right item.
